VINIFICATION: After a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are selected , crushed and de-stemmed. The must carry out the alcholic fermentation with the maceration for 20 days at controlled temperature ( 24-26 °C). After the racking the wine is stored in French Oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place and it refins for at least 12 months.
