Spumante Brut Rosé
Sparkling wine of a brilliant soft pink colour, fine and persistent per-lage. The nose has nice hints of blackcurrant and ripe fruit that make it elegant and fresh to the palate. Very good as aperitif and with sea-food dishes.

TRAINING SYSTEM: cordon spur with 4000 vinestocks per ha
VINEYARD AVERAGE AGE: 15 years
HARVEST: first decade of September
YIELD PER HA: 7 tonnes
REFERMENTATION: long charmat (9 months). The hand-picked grapes are harvested before their complete ripening, the bunches are pressed and vinified in white and fermented at a low temperature (14°C).
The second fermentation (prise de mousse) in pressurised tanks, made in December, lasted about one month. The wine refines on lees for about six moths before bottling.
