Vigna Case Alte Sauvignon
Sauvignon of a straw yellow colour. The nose shows up a citrus fruits per-fume as cedar with hints of tomato leaves and pepper. In the mouth it is elegant, of good structure and in balance with the acidity. Suggested with seafood, oysters and shellfish.

VINIFICATION: Cold maceration and following static decantation. Fer-mentation in steel tubs at a checked temperature of 18° C. Finally a per-manence in the thin dregs of fermentation for about 3 months.
