Light ruby red colour. The nose has a hints of sour cherry and violet. In the mouth is extremely balanced with elegant and silky tannins.

YIELD PER HA: 50 tonnes
VINIFICATION: After a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are selected , crushed and de-stemmed. The alcholic fermentation takes 10 days at controlled temperature ( 26°C). At the end of the fermen-tation process the wine remains in maceration with the skins for other 10 days. After the racking the wine is stored in French Oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place and it refins for at least 12 months.
