Light ruby red colour. The nose has a hints of sour cherry and violet. In the mouth is extremely balanced with elegant and silky tannins.

HARVEST: hand– picked harvest with grapes selection. First decade of October
YIELD PER HA: 50 tonnes
VINIFICATION: After a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are selected , crushed and de-stemmed. The alcholic fermentation takes 10 days at controlled temperature ( 26°C). At the end of the fermen-tation process the wine remains in maceration with the skins for other 10 days. After the racking the wine is stored in French Oak barriques.
