Per lui Susumaniello
Deep ruby red color. The nose has hints of ripe red berries with floral note of violet and licorice. In the mouth is a full boded wine with decisive and elegant tannins.

VINEYARD AVERAGE AGE: 10 years
HARVEST: hand– picked harvest with grapes selection. Second decade of October
YIELD PER HA: 50 tonnes
VINIFICATION: After a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are select-ed , crushed and de-stemmed. The alcholic fermentation takes 10 days at controlled temperature ( 26°C). At the end of the fermentation process the wine remains in ma-ceration with the skins for other 10 days. After the racking the wine is stored in French Oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation takes place and it refins for at least 12 months.
