The nose has floral and exotic fruits hints. In the mouth it is fresh and bal-anced. Suggested with appetizers and sea-food dishes.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Cordon spur with 5000 vinestocks per ha
VINEYARD AVERAGE AGE: 13 years
HARVEST: First decade of August
YIELD PER HA: 8 tonnes
VINIFICATION: Short maceration and soft pressing of the grapes. The fermentation follows at 14°C in steel tanks. After the refinement on lees for at least 3 months the wine is bottled.
MATURATION: at least 3 months in steel tanks
BOTTLE AGING: at least 1 months
BOTTLE SIZE: 750 ml.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C
