Salice Salentino Doc
Red intense wine made with Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce. The nose has fruity hints of plum and spiced of vanilla. In the mouth it is smooth, velvety and nicely tannic. Very good with roasted meats and cheeses.

Vinification
the carefully selected grapes are macerated at a checked temperature of 20-22°C for at least 10 days. Then a malolactic fermentation will follow and, finally, the refinement in oak barrels for about 6 months
