Light ruby red colour. The nose has a hints of sour cherry and violet. In the mouth is extremely balanced with elegant and silky tannins.
after a natural drying process on the plant, the bunches are selected, crushed and destemmed. The alcholic fermentation takes 10 days at controlled temperature (26-28°C). At the end of the fermentation process the wine remains in maceration with the skins for other 10 days.
