Salento Igt
The first rosรฉ wine bottled in Italy. It conquests at first sight with the characteristic crystalline peach blossom colour and enchants with fruity scents of cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and nicely persistent. Suggested with โrisottoโ, boiled meat and dishes based on seafood and white meat. Very good with โfrisa salentinaโ
Vinification
the wine-making process foresees a particular maceration of the grapes at temperature of 10ยฐC for few hours and following extraction of the must flower 50%. After the static decantation it sets out the alcoholic fermentation in steel tubs at the temperature of 16-20ยฐC
